Storm SANDY
People may think that SANDY is gone. This thinking is only half the truth. SANDY shows her real face right now. The reality hits people now when recognizing the extend of the disaster. The pain of losing everything people worked for, the view of the area where they live in, and the days that seem like weeks without electricity, clean water, and heating system. SANDY after the storm can even be more devastating than the actual experience of it.
WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT IT?
WE ARE THE CHURCH following Jesus Christ's example.

food" (Matthew 25:35)

Saturday, October 13, 2012
There is a sign-up sheet in the parish hall for the different areas that require assistance. Please participate! We need people to set up, clean up, man booths, sell tickets, cook food, sell raffles, get journal ads, serve food, supervise the children, etc. If you are not sure how to help, please ask anyone on the Fair committee. We are also looking for new items that can be used for the raffles. Donations of clothing, costume jewelry and house wares are also needed. Please remember that the items should be in good, sellable condition. Let’s make this Fair one to remember!

THANK YOU!
Aissa and I thank all of you for your help and hard work making this ordination an enjoyable and unforgettable day.
It is a great joy to know that this Church Community cares for each other. Love, my sisters and brothers, was the key for creating this joyful memory.
What would an ordination be without the beloved community? You made my day!
THANK YOU - The Lord be with you always.

Alleluia!
A Prayer to God Forgive us for what we have done to ourselves. Forgive us for what we have listened to and absorbed and how we lost our way and didn’t realize that You were inside of us all the time. Protect us, Dear God, throughout this next year. Let us grow in spirituality, let us grow in faith of ourselves, and let us love ourselves and others. Please help us not to take everything so seriously, to be able to laugh and to have fun and to bring bout joy, and to nourish and nurture and care about ourselves. Dear God, we ask this in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, feeling bright, rejuvenated, full of love, caring and peace with resolution. Flo
Thank you Florence. What a wonderful contribution. God Bless you.
